Order processing & stock control
Orders are processed through our sales offices with same or next-day delivery as standard. With sales of over 250,000 units a year, every movement is tracked by a bespoke computer system we've developed in-house over the last 30 years — fully integrated with our warehouses for picking, labelling and dispatch.
Customer deliveries
Our fleet of 35+ vehicles, purpose-built to move automotive glass with minimal risk of damage, delivers at least once a day — and in many areas twice a day. Distribution centres are supplied overnight from our main warehouse, so the full range is available to customers regardless of local stock levels.
Beyond the UK
In addition to UK customers, we export glass predominantly throughout Europe, and to destinations further afield. Every branch also operates a trade counter for local collection.
